I am excited for our friend and Pastor Bermie Dizon and his book! I know God has worked (and continues to work) through Bermie and God’s word will be poured over you as you read the devotionals! Thankful that God has surrounded Otto Stokes and I with people who are obedient to God and show His love in this world and in our lives specifically! I love the author’s personal stories from the devotions that highlight each event where God’s presence is felt and seen. The wonderful distinction from these devotionals is that there is a concluding thought that summarizes and emphasize the lesson of the devotion which focuses on the lesson which i love and is not found in many devotionals. Followed by a prayer that guides me to think of my circumstances and others, then reflection questions that give a further engages my mind on the topic and lastly scriptures which provide deeper insights on God’s words and His presence in our every step.
Truly appreciated Bermie’s honest, relatable, & Christ-centered insights into many of life’s challenges. It’s an encouraging book that re-enforces God’s faithfulness throughout our lives. Would highly recommend this devotional to all.
